I believe cars 15 years and older are not required to meet the same standards. Thus 89/90 Skylines are starting to trickle in.
yup that's right. There are lots of loop holes in Canada that I know someone driving aorund in a 406 in vacouver that is less then 15yo, does not meet 8km/h test and yet fully insured by ICBC. There is also a R34 that roam around GVRD.....with states plate. I think it is own by stage five down in seattle. There is also 1 or 2 yellow Mitsubishi Evo8 insured by ICBC which does not meet the safety bumper test..... |

well it "should" be
since it has the evo 3 body kit with "lancer evolution III" word on the side skirt (embedded)
with mitsubishi badge
the exterior looks exactly like the evo3
and RHD!
if it is a LHD then i may suspect it is just a body kit conversion...
