what is the starting pay for tellers? there is an opening at a branch here in port moody that is like 5 minutes from my house so if the pay is much better than my current job then i think i'll apply

Job Requirements   Bycast Inc. is seeking an experienced documentation specialist to join our growing technical publications team. The team is responsible for a wide range of administrator, support, and developer-level documentation, participates actively in UI design discussions, writes UI text, and manages and develops Bycast’s customer support web portal. We currently develop most of our documentation in FrameMaker, where we single-source content for multiple audiences using conditional text. But we also write short MS Word documents, XML help files, and wiki pages, and are actively exploring other methods of delivering information to our growing audience.

Bycast uses an Agile software development methodology, with writers participating as full members of development teams. Writers work closely with developers, QA, product managers, and support personnel to estimate, develop, and test documentation in parallel with the software.

At Bycast documentation is an integral part of the product—no one says: “but no one reads the documentation anyway”.
Education and Experience   • A minimum 8 years of experience. 9-11 years of technical writing experience preferred.
• A Bachelor of Science or Arts Degree in English, Journalism, Computer Science or Engineering is required.

• Excellent analytic, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Depending on your experience level (including retail or other customer service experience ) but base is 14.33 plus benefits and vacation pay.
