The manager sucked and took waitress' tips and one time he didn't give my gf her paycheque because she "picked it up the previous week after her shift". It was weird because she didn't work for a month cause she was in California. |

Arroz caldo. It's a Filipino style congee with garlic, ginger and saffron. I added some homemade chili oil and chicken chunks. Gotta love peasant food.

Sorry, UT, I don't think it would be a big seller and as such, no one really makes it at restaurants. If you're ever by a Flip store (or maybe they sell it at RCSS in the Asian section), try this brand (no MSG): http://www.filifoodms.com/images/arroz-caldo.JPGI just add 2 or 3 chopped chicken thighs and chili oil if I'm making it from the box. |
