My friend used to stick his foot out the window while driving. Scared the shyt out of me. Like a 3/4T Suburban can be used as a recliner.
I have seen a girl studying with her textbook laid across the steering wheel. Talk about cramming!

Nothing too outrageous. The usual nose picking, then me picking mine back. I have seen one guy talk on 2 cell phones at once though. Very impressive.

Use your knees to steering the car. I used to do that when I drove a manual and I did not have an earpiece or speakerphone for the cell...

I've done what Tony does, except now I've figure how to that in a turn ... with one hand holding a burger other hand shifting, while right leg is on gas, and left leg is pressing and releasing the clutch while steering the turn

it'll be really weird to drive with your left feet sticking out of the window...and stretching your right feet to control the gas and brake...it's just...not comfortable...yet...the guy seems to be enjoying it...lol...

If you've ever driven a truck or cargo van before, you'd find that position is pretty comfortable
