Just for looks! And I don't think you can tuck the front wheels all the way up anyway.

Haven't you seen those trucks that are just SLAMMED? I wouldn't do it, but I do admire the work that must go into it.

Rice would be trying to imply you have a fast car with stickers and huge wings.
Werd. You can tell he's not going for performance so I have no problem with that look.

I would think that is what a lot of people think. Most people laugh at "ricers" with big wings that don't do jack, exhaust that makes your performance even worse and brand stickers on cars that don't even have parts from that company.

And I have seen another Accord same year with the wheels tucked in the front, and its air-ride so you can  steer once you lift it back up.

ok..
but wouldn't that be quite some trouble to lift it everytime before u steer, isn't it??

can i just point out something here?

my brother doesn't ride with it so low that he can't steer the car

he only lowers it really low when it's parked

and it's not chromed out as bad as some rice rockets i've seen

and I think those rims are awesome

Desigirl has chrome rims so would you say her 3's riced out?  I think not.

well that is true... not chromed out that bad...
depends on the style of the rim i guess and this one is OK i suppose

Desigirl's set is totally different....looks MUCH better

Maybe my interpretation of the word "riced" is different than others... but to me, it means mods for the sake of mods... trying to look cool, and failing.  Tacky.

I don't think you could possibly say that his Accord is riced up under that definition... looks sweet, as far as I'm concerned.  Plus, even if you don't care for the style of someone's mods.. you gotta appreciate the time that has gone into it.

I don't see how a car on bags called rice? that is a definite show quality mods that many has......domestic or import.

with the effort and parts put in....I think it is a show worthy car...as you can see her brother is into ICE and lowrider style......... Sure not everyone is going to like the car......modding car is to each of their own..I personally dislike chrome unless it is a SUV with 20+ rims..but I won't call it rice..............unless someone is pretend to be hardcore tagging on stickers for part he/she doesn't have or a stock car with a fart can......

just my 2 cent

u see i never criticized about the ICE , in fact i really like those...

just that the low-rider style doesn't quite suit this car at all....IMO
