One stupid driver caused all this damage and yet are the one that got away undamaged..God their probably obvious to the havoc they caused

Wow, that is quite unfortunate. Well, I guess the driver who caused all this got away, the other cars will have to share the cost.

Small suggestion....if you can afford to pay for the damages icbc assigns as your fault you should pay them out. your insurance and driving record won't be affected in that case. depending on what discount you're at, that may be smarter than taking the insurance hit...IF you get blamed for anything of course.
