So I am driving South on KGH in front of Costco (Surrey), go into the left turn lane to turn left at 74th (by Brewsters pub). Light is red ahead so I am slowing down, women comes out of costco, through two lanes of traffic and into the turn lane where I happen to be. She gets me on the right front corner, pushes my car up and onto the median. She gets out of her car and the first thing she says to me is "where d you come from?", at which point I laugh in her face and say "seriously?" I look up and there are four guys who look at me and say "here is my info, I will be a witness for you, I saw the whole thing." So I got that going for me.

Damage? Well, the bumper is completely done, the windshield washer reservoir exploded, cracked my right fog lamp, hood is bent, right front quarter panel is pretty hooped, driver side front wheel looks like someone took a cheese grater to my chrome lip. My guess would be that alignment is way out due to the way it is driving (which indicates to me more damage that I have not seen yet). I am lso guessing there may be frame damage. Looking at the spacing on the other body panels, there is something odd going on.

Dial-a-claim here I come...grrrrrrr. Pics to follow.

Good luck with that.  That is a brutal intersection(s) there.

Well, you're lucky that you have witnesses... should make a huge difference with ICBC.  If all goes as expected, you should be able to get the car fixed without paying the deductible.  A good hit on the corner will twist a new car pretty good, but decent body shops will straighten out a unibody car without too much difficulty.  In the old days, a bent frame meant the car was seriously twisted, with modern tech and techniques its not such a big deal.  Good luck!

awww.. sorry to hear that.
i dont understand how people can be the one to cause the accident, cause trouble for other drivers and have the guts to confront other people.

first, you're being a stupid driver
second, you're being a bitch / asshole for treating the situation

Anyways, hope you're ok and everything goes well with ICBC.

Well, now is the time to get stuff painted for cheap. Man, accidents suck. Cry Just glad you are alright Kyle, and from the sounds of it you didn't have a passenger, which I suspect would have been quite frightening for them.

are you feeling sore? I'd be more worried about myself in that case. However, best of luck with ICBC I can't see you being at fault for any of it.
