for a guy...you know lots about girl things...hmmmm You'd be surprised how little I actually know then. All I know is, Holt Renfrew is really freaking expensive. One time Derrick and I went there with Penny. Derrick and I decided to play the "guess that price" game on some purses. First contestant: Beige smaller purse. Looked fairly plain jane. I asked Derrick to guess, he said $200. I pulled the tag and it said $955!!!! At this point, I told Derrick to use a better estimation method. Simply multiply whatever he thought it was worth by four or five times. So I grabbed the next bag, a larger one then the previous. Derrick after humming and hawing for a bit... guessed $1600. The price? $1675. VERY GOOD! I don't know a damn thing about brands or designs or logos, but I know one thing for sure, there ain't no damn $150 purses anymore. Kev |
