Haven't bothered posting anything here for a while. Shot last month, still haven't bothered to finish editing all the pics from this shoot. Was at Sochi house today, waited in line for 2.5hrs and didn't really see anything worth mentioning.

Imasa, great photos.
What sort of PP do you typically do? I guess that would vary from shoot to shoot, but do you have a default of things that you almost always do?

I usually make tons of mistakes during the heat of the moment, so I do a lot of PP to fix 'em. I always shoot RAW for important stuff, so that gives me some leeway with exposure correction. I have a very hard time getting a correct WB with my D200, while not so much when I borrow my friend's D300, so I find myself tweaking WB a lot. Lots of cropping to cut out stuff that shouldn't be there, clone stamping to remove more stuff. We lent out our studio setup to another group and they left tons of foot prints all over the black backdrop, I got too lazy and didn't stamp them all out. Remember kids, if you're shooting on a black backdrop, take off your shoes!!! Then do the basic shadow, levels, curves, sharpen and you're done. For close ups, I use some layers/masks to smooth out the skin, etc. I'm not a pro, I learned everything off PS tutorials online

I'm jealous you get to shoot in a studio environment! Not too sure on what to make on the attire, but shots look good from a technical standpoint aside from the bottom photo where the backdrop is noticeable.

We can rent a studio. Wouldn't be too costly if we split it amongst a few of us. Or we can drive to Edmonton and use BLAMs basement. Great photos as always, IMASA. Very professional.

Yeah, again, one of those errors that occur due to lack of exp. I only get a few mins to shoot each look so space and time are very limited.

Vinyl backdrops are the best for footprints, just mop/swiffer them away clean.
