Apparently it happened in Coquitlam a couple years ago as well. The Mounties caught a guy they called "Mr. Scratchy"... they're checking to see if he's out of jail and on the scratchy prowl again.
How much you wanna bet Silvercity has a mall cop patrolling the parking lot now? Gotta be the shits for business when this gets all over the news (was on CTV & BCTV news today).

Yeah, they're in pretty bad spot too.
During the fall, the underground parking normally floods too.

I understand why somebody would wanna scratch another person's car in certain occasion. But over 100 cars? lol... what a waste of time. He gets a B+ for patience and effort. I get tired even walking a 100 cars length.
