So did we all decide to ditch that pool idea?

Feel free to get something together. We've done it after a few meets, but not as a main event as it tends to segregate people off to tables.

Pool can be played rain or shine, so I'm not sure how the season would have any bearing on it. If anything, I would expect to do something outdoors before summer comes to an end.

As always, members are welcome to plan their own events. With work, extracurricular activities & family, it's hard to plan more then one event each month. If there's an interest, you are welcome to plan an event. I'm always available via PM if anyone needs guidance.

Yes we love bowling! Our bowling meets are usually at the beginning of the new year.

Yeah bowling is a good activity for winter time.
It's still somewhat nice out and such.. we should take advantage of that as much as possible.

Stanley park pitch n putt seemed like a good idea, and add a BBQ before it. Parking all together might be hard to do though.

Probably not! I usually walk across to the US side to walk the dog. One day I met some Americans and they were surprised we could just walk over. I told them to do the same if they want, they just live nearby in the house by the park. I've never been hassled and the border guys just sit in the car in the parking lot.

Someone should paint the arch black, maybe that'll change the guards. Cheesy
