My Mom's car broke down yesterday on road... I know the situation is a bit embarrasing coz she's the first car on the left turn lane on W. 49th turning left to Oak heading back to Rmd... Looked like coolant all leaked somewhere and engine too hot to run, so automatically shut off... Anyways, she turned on the emergency lights right away, and there were 2 or 3 cars behind just turned into fast lane to overtook her and made their left turns, that's fine... No problem, as they all understand what "emergency lights" on means... Then she called me for help, maybe call a tow-truck for her or something (oh well, she totally forgot that we've got BCAA covered till we talked about this again this morning... Ha Ha... ), at that moment, even on the other side of the phone, I heard someone is honking behind her, telling her to move her car!! I was like, "What the FXXK?? U stupid moron idiot!! Can't U see emergency lights on already??" And Mom said he's a white guy in his 30s, keep honking and honking until after 3 mins, backed up and turned into the fast lane and sped off with a finger... If I'm there, I rather go out, pull his face out of the car and just make him blind with my 2 fingers, since he won't need his eyes anymore, as he can't see... Ha Ha Ha............ Once again, I wonder how these people get their licence... Like, do they know how to drive at all?? Or do they ever see emergency lights before?? If they don't see that for long time, does that mean they can forget what it means?? If so they shall all have their licence suspended coz they will cause MORE troubles on road than anyone else!! Any comments?? Let's share what else these idiots have done on road other than this..

Yeah, there are always idiot drivers all over the place. Does he think his horn will make the engine magically start again? And what, does he expect your mom to push the car by herself? At least offer to help her push it if you want it out of the way. And they wonder why we get road rage...

Hazard perception, people! They make us do it on the road tests now. It's amazing how sometimes drivers only know what is happening like 20 feet in front of them.

Yeah me to (WTF).....lol....why do you mention white guy in his 30s. Just for the record "I AM A WHITE GUY IN HIS 30s". Maybe that was me.................naaa just kidding. I'm sorry your mom had a tough time with road idiots, but I dont think race has anything to do with it. Idiots come in all kinds of colors, races, creeds, and gender. I aint really taking offence, I'm just saying race dont have much to do with it.
Violence....doesnt solve a dam thing.
Guy, no that was a green alien. lmao

Well most people say Chinese people can't drive, which is not true. The Chinese ladies from HK that pay for their licenses can't drive.

I call people asian and caucasian and those Hk ladies that drive like drunk, vision impaired or challenge people i think chinese younger crowd (not all) call them HK aunties Right? But I did find the "white guy" a double standard because no body else brought it up.

well OK...
white = caucasian..........never mentioned British, French, American, Slovakian WUTEVER...
i mean.. it's a generalization alright..
u may call us yellow if u want......geez, but if u dun say black, wut else can u say?
since there are some indian or philipino who are dark enuf........or those from Cuba or S. America, or Pakistan or wutever........they hv similar color tones and therefore i dun think it can be called racists
wut's with u lately, brief? stop acting so sensitively man.... chill!

Thanks Absinthe for supporting... All I stated in above were facts and data collected from my Mom, just being descriptive but not abusive or double standard at all... And frankly I don't see this racist or anything close, just being descriptive...

in this kind of situation, its not about driving skills anymore, its about the person's understanding! he might have a good driving ability, just poor understanding abilities... i got my license around mid 90's, i haven't read any road hazard rules in the new books and i definatly don't remember reading any at all from the little "half size with pages thinner then my note pad" booklet thingy almost 10 years ago... but whatever, either if its in the book or not, its just common sense, which obviously the guy didn't have any... *Two situations i've been through i'd like to share: 1) once upon a time... (just kidding) once in Richmond there was a car in front of me (left lane), at a light, when the light turned green, he's still there not moving, and he's not waiting to turn left. i horned a couple times but he's still not moving, so i pulled up beside him (curb lane) and saw it was an old asian male in the driver's seat, then i asked politly "whats wrong?"(in chinese), he then told me he couldn't see at all due to direct sunlight in front of him(it was late noon facing west)! cars behind us are going crazy with the horns and he's very nervous! first i told him to ignore those people, because nervous driver's are gonna be dangerous, especially with on comming traffic! there's a parking lot on the left side, then i told him to just focus on my car and i pulled in front of him, wait till there are no on comming traffic then slowly guide him into the undercover parking lot. i'd rather waste some time guiding him then seeing another accident. 2) in Coquitlam, on a main road thats definatly NO PARKING OR STOPPING! there were 2 motorcycles that had stopped there, which, i just slowly moved to the left lane and quietly drove away not making a sound and didn't look at them at all! why? because on their leather jacket, it clearly had the "Hells Angels" logo on it! damn, lets see you yelling and fingering them...
