Only watched the first video.

I don't see a reason to blame fault on anyone for an accident.

Unless there is more evidence to point at negligence I'd just put it off as an accident.

It's not one's fault. Just lots of liabilities claims.

Just like the balcony incident last year in East Vancouver.....

I doin't find it has any LOL material....a person is still in critical condition in the hospital

we don't have the spec on how the church is built and what is the max load on the floor (given people might be jumping while in Rock Concert). There are negligent for sure. But it is hard to  lay the blame on a specific area.

The bolcony incident is an apartment in East Van hosting a house party. Several person (I don't remember the exact details) went out to the bolcony to smoke. Suddenly the bolcony give up and collaped. Whoever on the bolcony plunged down to the lower floor and some fell to the ground...sth along that line.
