By "I'm not going out of my way to shoot for a poll" I meant that if I happened to be at a location where I can complete the assignment, then I'd do it.  I'm not going to set a side a block of time or a chunk of cash for a poll...

IMHO, these are way over processed.

the lighting on the cars works ok, but on the girls, is way too harsh. soft light ftw

I believe he said he had two external lights, and nothing on the shoe.
There's a before and after picture showing what he did.

And I'm in agreement with BLAM that the girls are too blown out, the before picture was much smoother and natural for the model.  But the colours for the car and bg improved.

the original is way easier ont eh eyes imho. a touch of contrast on the originals would be more then enough to make it a great photo
