and those two might only be threads that he's giving examples of.... and think about there are people who need to spend time to back up every single thing we say.....

The OP started a BS thread but others took over (the book thread). But last I checked there is not festival in vancouver called rain festival. Just like would you see a thread called favorite auto-x event and merely talk about going around cones along a construction site (or even so not car related)? |

Actually, I wouldn't mind some random non-car related thread about cones + construction sites. I'd just ignore it. Is the ability to ignore content really that rare?! If one really wants to pick on spammy, useless posts, have a gander at all the posts that consist of: blahblahblah FTW!!!!111 and +1 . Anyways, my intent isn't to continue trouble. The threads in question aren't hurting you. My opinion: let them be. If there's interest, the thread will persist. If not, the thread will slide off into obscurity. |
