That guy that was responsible for all those keying incidents is out on bail.I couldn't find the original thread and I'm still looking for an online source ,but I saw it on the Noon News (BCTV Global).Just thought I'd give you all a heads up.

He was only charged with 17counts (probably the ones the cops witnessed)but there is little doubt he's responsible for the others. Soo Yo Kim, 31, was arrested in April and charged with 17 counts of mischief after more than 100 cars were scratched in an east Vancouver neighbourhood. |
