this afternoon around 1pm heading west on Kingsway nearing Willingdon.  Male asian driver, female asian passenger.  Car appeared stock.

Unfortunately, it was not me.  I didn't drive - I was in a co-worker's black Mazda3 hatch.

With Glasses or not, If He does....He's The One i spotted before on kingsway drove like a idiot....

Couldn't tell if he was wearing glasses.  I was on the sidewalk walking as it drove by.  Had a Signature Mazda front plate trim holder.
