I have a friend whom has a 2002 Mazda Tribute.

Her transmission is clunking, at highway speeds, you can actually feeling the transmission clunking between shifts.

Wolfe Langley has been and is giving her the run around saying nothing is wrong, but the problem is getting worse.

Can anyone suggest a cause for the problem?

Thanks much!

Has she considered going to another dealership to confirm the symptoms?  Is her Tribute still under warranty?

No.  But I do know an honest mechanic.  The shop is Outline Auto located on Shell Road just north of Alderbridge in Richmond (#150-4631 Shell Road) .  Call Bill @ 604-276-1881
