Take a bunch of Miatas, do some tightly limited prep, and stick 'em on track and watch 'em go.  It's a pretty cheap way to get into wheel-to-wheel racing, with prepped cars available for quite reasonable prices.  Because the cars are essentially identical, races become driver's races.

Of course, mix cheap (low) barriers to entry and wheel-to-wheel racing and sometimes you get... Spec Pinata:

Usually any spec racing series is quite awesome, especially with the limited prep they can do. The Miata is also an awesome car for it. Cheap, light, RWD.

That video is awesome! Haha.

and its funny how a bump will either send u fly or flippen.....or even a rear end sends the car on top of your car..
