Ever since the first time we drove the Cobalt SS Turbo, we knew the car would be a tuner's dream and that we'd see big power coming from aftermarket kits. But we didn't think we'd see such big power, so soon, and in what looks to be a very streetable form. The guys at Synapse Turbo in Scotia, NY have done it though, drawing 371 hp and 383 lb-ft of torque from the Cobalt's 2.0-liter Ecotec with their new Stage 3 turbo kit. According to a friend of Synapse in our forums, the whole kit is yours for just $3995. But don't let us try to convince you--just watch the video of this thing in action. Well done guys, well done.
