Where do I go about getting a copy of it, and not a demo. I'd like to try a full working copy before i decide that I want to lay down some money on it.
Ideas?

If you were going to buy it, just get the Demo version off Adobe's site.

I ended up dl'ing it, and decided after using it... That i'm not interested in everything it has to offer. So I un-installed it and went back to a normal cropping/ border prog.

There are some free programs that are supposed to be very similar to Photoshop. Gimp comes to mind, or photo.net. There is also Photoshop Express. An online version of Photoshop? Haven't tried it myself. https://www.photoshop.com/express/landing.html
