You were heading east bound along Marine Way around 16:00 prior.... just before you had to slow down for the 3 cops cars and ambulance that were assessing the damage to a totaled Civic as you rounded the corner to the Byrne Rd intersection.

I saw that Civic too, just after the accident happened. Yikes!!!
