OMG. Dyed 13 times! So many layers! LOL. Marketing BS never ceases to amaze me.

So, they took my old work jeans, added 38 oz of 18 K gold ($658.50 x 38 = $25,023) 26 1/2 carat rubies & 8 1/2 carat diamonds (can't grade gems without seeing them) - still doesn't come anywhere near a quarter million.

What really bothers me is that some rich schmuck is going to buy them.  Probably see Paris Hilton's "treat of the week" wearing them.

The designer jeans thing just got way over the top.

Seriuosly, I don't think Value Village would even accept those because of all the tears.

Take a look at the website - Chris Angel, Gene Simmons - celebrity morons.  All their stuff looks like shit I throw away after a few years as work clothes.

LoL, I just like how the guy said True Religions and Rock and Republics just blend into the crowd.  I wonder what spectrum of reality he's talking about? XP  And for $250,000, I think I'd rather take the R&R and Trues. XP  WIth that much money, the amount of denim I'd get is far more than $250,000 for one.

It's a halo pair of jeans/piece of clothing.  It didn't cost him $250K to make, nor will anyone but the excessively rich buy it either.  However, other people with a little less spare cash and only slightly more common sense will see that and say "That's crazy, that's outrageous, that's redunkulous!" ... at which point he'll respond "but hey - I have these other pairs of jeans that go for way less and look 'cleaner' ... at only (insert some relatively smaller number, like a few thousand dollars) bucks a pair."  The person will buy five pairs.

You can use a condo 7 days a week.

I guess you could get gold diggers running after you 7days a week with these jeans too Cheesy
Different utility I guess ("utility" is the term, is it not)?

Perhaps the question isn't if $250k for a pair of jeans is worth it, as much as, how much car can one get for $250k.

Oh, agreed for sure - but there are many more of those people than the crazy outrageous $250K apparel shoppers.
