Hey all,

I'm a soon-to-be Mazda3 owner, as my civic was written-off last week.  Took an 09 Sport GS for a spin today and fell in love  Cheesy  Now I have to decide between colors: galaxy grey mica or sunlight silver metallic.  Anyone have either of these colors?  After owning a red car, I'd really like something that is lower maintenance and will keep me from obsessively washing, polishing, and waxing.  The grey mica looks great, but seems like it would show scratches and scuffs...am I correct in my thinking?

Thanks!

Welcome.

Silver is definitely the easiest color to keep "clean". But darker colors have that nice deep look to them.

I have Black Mica, and it is never clean.

Welcome Acro. There is a small but growing group in the okanagan. What part of the valley are you in? Are you into modding your car or just stock ?

Nice to see some M3 owners in the valley.  I'm in Penticton, and the car will be stock for some time as I need to get into the housing market soon.

watch out for Kelowna Motors pricing. They like to add things to the cost of the car that you didn't ask for...just cross it off and refuse to pay. They put up a tough front with me when it came to dropping the price over the undercoating, paint protection and crap. But they where quick to lower the price when I started to walk out. And I'm assuming your going to negotiate on price? Perhaps contact a dealership on the coast and tell them your willing to come down if they can beat kelowna motors offer and then go back to kelowna motors. I don't have good things to say about them. My car will never go back there unless it absolutely has to.

Geez, I'll have to watch for that, thanks for the heads up.  They haven't asked about the extras yet, I'll be sure to tell them not to add anything when I call tomorrow.

Picked up the car yesterday, officially making me a Mazda3 owner.  I think I was probably wearing a smile the entire drive home  Cheesy
