Hey is anybody going to the annual trade show this year?
it's 6th and 7th of April.
Also, all you need is a business account to get in?
does anybody know anything about some sale sheets or whatever? i was reading the 2008 post and people were talking about that.

i went last year with a few of my friends
we had NO IDEA wtf to do inside, those guys dont really pay attention to us kids either
what we did tho was when we went to admissions, we realized we needed to be with a company, then the lady was really awesome and asked us if we went to ubc,
we're like YEAH
so she went ahead and printed us tags that said UBC Plant Operations
LOL. awesome shit.
basically just go to the counter and say ur from plant ops then ur good to go

They do not ask for ID (or they haven't in previous years). They don't have sales books out this year...they are apparently on CD this year to save a tree. We are trying to get a copy of the CD. When you attend the show, they will have sales sheets at each booth listing their specials. To purchase, you need to know someone with a Lordco account.

it's more like you meet each company there to see what is new, what is available, what promote for the show. You will end up walking out with some sample, lots of paper (tradeshow specials and catalogs), and a filled stomach (free food and drink). |

you can get disc for the show at a lordco store it has most of the items & prices on it you may have to ask vary nicey for this, thay are now chargeing for the big book i was told about $35
