Does anyone have any info on the new 2010 IS350 ?

Any major changes ?

I went car shopping on Sunday, and they don't have anymore dark grey IS350's here locally.  There is 1 left in Ontario (2 week wait), and 1 in production in Japan (2 month wait)

If I wait a couple more months, the new 2010 will come out but I don't know what it will look like..

Soooo if I don't get the one from Ontario, i'm not sure if I should wait for the 2010 to come out...

Helppppppppppppppppppppp

The only one they have left here is a white one

I had trouble deciding on black or dark grey, but I made up my mind and gonna stick with dark grey

as far as i can see, the only difference in 2010 models is that convertibles will now be offered.

maybe there will be package differences but they haven't announced it yet

Your dealer should have that information. Nothing released publicly yet. There were slight revisions to the '09 model.

since you have a car to boot around for now.....I would wait until summer is over....Sept/Oct is when they get new stock in and unload old ones for cheaper....so I would wait unless they take a deep cut in the price now....

Thing is they don't have anymore dark grey 2009 IS350's

Interest will jump up to 5. something if I wait for the 2010

Right now it's at 2.9%, but my down payment will bring it to 0%

if you are so incline of getting the '09 then go for it.....you pretty much set your mind already. Wink

in this tough economic time....manufacturers are begging people to spend. So I doubt there won't be promotional rates for 2010 models.

It's not just the 2009 that I like.  I don't even know what the 2010 model will look like, and the dealership won't leak out any information.

In the car world, it's a now business...if they can get you to sign on NOW for a model which exists, then they won't tell you any info about what it coming down the pipe. It's an exercise is selling what they can see and not seeing what they can sell.

If I were you, I would wait for the 2010...it will mean that much more when you decide to sell the car down the road. Obviously in the car world things progress and get better from year to year. Waiting will ensure you will get the most for your money and not have to realize a large depreciation right from day one out of the showroom. Unless the deal they are offering for end of stock year end is too good to be true, I would be hesitant to get the '09. Finally, if there is only one gray one showing in Ontario, don't count on it being available to a BC dealer. It may already be sold, be a demo for a manager, be dressed up with tons of accessories that the dealer expects to make $$ on. From my experience, unless there is about 6 showing, you can't count on getting the colour. Get used to the idea of White or a 2010 unless you are really lucky!

I saved $4,000 on my Corolla buying an 08 when they were clearing it out for the 09s. I'd say just wait until the 10s comes out and if nothing is compelling about the 10s over the 09s, get the 09 at signficant savings.

Thanks Pete,

The salesman called yesterday and said that the dark grey 09 one is still available in Ontario.  That's the only one they have left (other one is in Japan).

Thing is, what if I wait for the 2010 to come out and there's something I don't like about it? Sad

2010's should be here in about 3 months so hopefully you are getting a wicked deal on an '09. You have to factor in that you are basically buying a 1 year old car now.

And I doubt there will be much in the way of changes for 2010. They car was already slightly refreshed in '09.
