I was cleaning up my computer last night and ran into whole bunch of old photos of my car. Brought back a lot of memories and would like to share with yo'll

Early 2006: Bone stock, slapped some roof rack on it and that's it. Looks so clean Grin

Late 2006: My first mod, Cork Sport exhaust. Probably one of the best mod I purchased through out the year. It works great with NA or FI set up.

Not too long after,Igot a SRI from eBay

Early 2007, got a set of Equiss gauges, and painted several interior trims

Also got a Arc Short Shift

What the car looks like outside at that time. I also installed the CMS lowering spring with stock struts during this period

Mid 2007, I got myself a set of Kobe Kam5 rims with Nitto Neogen tire

I also have Koni Yello struts installed at the same period

In late 2007, offset liscense plate

And MS3 replica spoiler

A real good profile shot, still running NA  Wink

Late 2007 I also ordered Hiboost turbo............and waited for 6 months before the kit arrives complete. Took them 3 shipments too! Crazy!

So during this waiting time, I got a carbon hood. No picture of it during this period Sad

The kit arrives complete (finally) in 2008 Spring and it took me a month or so, with the help of Racing Greed on the wiring part, to get it running

At that time it was running with stock wastegate spring, boosting at 5psi and ~ 175whp off a mustang dyno

Mid 2008, complete engine overhaul. New piston, rods, and crank shaft are tossed into it

After a month of the rebuild, got a AEM electric boost controller and up the boost to 9psi, 240whp off mustang dyno
This little thing is awesome, it gave me 100% control of my boost level by a click of a mouse buttom.

Also painted my valve cover at that time

A shot with Coursm3:

A month ago got the ProSport electrical gauges

As of yesterday:

Conclusion:

A lot of time, labour, and money are put into this baby, but I am really happy with the out come. I will use this tread in future to update any other new mods I have in the car. Stay tuned and thanks for looking Smiley

I remember meeting John for CMS springs and going for a ride with him in my car. He looked all turbo-crazy, with this devllish look in his eyes after.

I like it!  It's always neat to see how a car evolves from stock as trends and/or owner tastes change, and to see a car with a serious engine build.  My 3 will never be this cool, so I'll have to live vicariously through my internet brethren Smiley

Doh!  Grin
sorry Tongue

With this motor i think I can boost up to ~ 15 to 20 psi, after that I need to upgrade my head studs so I dont blow my head off the engine.

However before that, I need to build up my tarnny first. That thing will blow after ~12psi.
