No hands free and no texting I thought?

I text while driving all the time Hide

But i usually do it w/o looking at the phone.

But y she needed to use 2 hands to text??
I just text with one hand and press with the thumb

Just wondering is the a new by-law that we have to use handsfree and cannot text while driving?

Currently there is no law in BC that limits cell phone use.
