Thinking of throwing this together.

$10 entry fee, includes snacks and lunch/dinner (depending on the time of day it takes place). Cash prizes for the top players and possibility of having other prizes as well (most goals scored, least allowed etc.). Would take place at my house on my 50" TV. Anyone who has been to my BBQ will know the set-up.

Anyone interested?

Why SNES out of curiosity ? A newer gaming system would seem to be more ideal for a 50"

One of the oldest game consoles. Dating back to the 90's. Super Nintendo YO!

...if this thing does go down, I'll bring the salsa and chips!

coz this is vintage!

+1

I get bored playing newer games and systems. Bring back the OLD SCHOOOL! ...can I bring over my sega genesis system and games?

NHL '94 is a classic that anyone can play. The controls are simple and the gameplay is fun.

While it is true that the newer systems have better graphics but the SNES is way more fun.

So far there are 4 people interested including myself.

Anyone else think they would be down? I am thinking just doing it for fun with no entry fee.

I really think this would be a lot of fun and would love to make it a monthly thing with different games each month.

If anyone has any ideas of their own please pipe up!
