So after 11 years of VW I jumped to Mazda. Bought a 2010 Mazda3 Sport GS model with the comfort package. 6 speed manual & in aluminum metallic mica. Very nice. The moonroof, traction control & dynamic stability control is a bonus.
Brad at Wolfe's made the process so painless! The car is sitting in Richmond at the port, so it will be a couple of days I hear. I'll take some pics and post soon after. Still can't believe it since the garage is empty! Looking forward to driving it soon.

Quick update. Seems the dealership made an error with my car and now I have to wait 2 weeks for it instead of 2 days. Still trying to get a hold of someone to get me a ride until it arrives, now that I have no car.

Tell wolfe's you need a car now. They should be able to do soemthign for you. I know when I had to leave my car at my dealer they had 0 problem giving me one to use for the 2-3 days.
Give them a shout see what they can do for you.

I just got a hold of the sales manager and he's trying to work a deal to get me my car for Friday from Calgary. He'll give me another update by days end. Cross your fingers.
A car for a few days then would be acceptable. It's hard for them to lend out a loaner for 2 weeks, so a rental would have to be the answer.

One week without a car now, so restless. Don't know how anyone does it depending on the bus! Unfortunately, the closest bus stop is a 30 minute walk for us. I'm hoping Wolfe calls soon to set a time today to pick up the car. They told me it should be ready for delivery today. Hopefully I can meet up with some of you guys soon at a meet or wing night.

Go down to the dealership and pester the sales manager. Hang round his office, sticking your head in and asking "is it ready yet" every 5 minutes. It will get done quite quickly that way!  Congrats on the new car! TIM |
