Might as well go to Cactus next door for better tasting food then. Liquor is the only good thing at Sammy J's. Last time I was there, the waitresses looked like they were under age.

And? Cheesy

Lame.. I didn't make it again today... I stayed up all night looking into things in regards to my recent Dealership issue... And refreshing my spot on the waitlist for classes for school since tonites the deadline for tuition/last night of registration before wait list spots are offered.

Needless to say, I passed out sometime in the afternoon and just woke up now Sad  Sorry to flake yet again.

I'm still out of commission with this strained muscle so didn't want to risk ice skating. Driving long distances adds more discomfort from what I had to go through this past week stuck in traffic. Sorry guys, hope you had fun.

Guys, for next time, please arrange a proper meeting place and have a contact number or two.
Tough to find 15 people among a crowd of 4,000+.  I was there b/w 4:05-6...no luck finding anyone. =(

I was there from 3:25-4pm it was too packed today there. My time there I did not see one person. Also the parking will killer, took me 10 minutes to find a spot. Everyone ahead of me and behind me got to park in the undercovered part while I was on the gravel lot. I got some good pictures though Smiley. Might be one of the sites I will be working for the Olympics.

The meet did not go as planned today but it was due to things that were beyond our control.  I don't think any of us expected the crowds that we saw today.

We normally have a pre-meet location if we are cruising to more distant locales (e.g., Stave Falls).  But for the more centralized meets, it is probably easier if we just met at the meet.  Again, today unfortunately, didn't work out that way.

As for your other point, I don't think it would be appropriate to post up contact numbers in an open forum.  But I would have happy to give you or any member my cell number through pm, if you requested it.

^Should have posted this earlier but expect large crowds at this site and many other Olympic sites for the next week and a half. The venues will be open to the general public during this time. After this period, the venues will be closed to the public and open for the 2010 athletes. Many are taking advantage to see the site venues before the sites are closed until the end of the games.

So that was you I saw exiting at 4pm! I was wondering as I didn't remember your car.
