Surrey is mostly good,.everyone goes 70-80 in 50-60's and do so consistantly. Richmond is gong show altogether, most dangerous place i've ever driven. And the comment about vic on over 70 YO drivers..well they dont call it the city of newly weds and nearly deads for nothing.

The problem with Richmond is the extremes between the fast king of the road drivers, and the slow hesitators. You never know which of the two is in front of you. |
