Anyone dealt with Annex Pro at all? Or have anything to say about NCIX purchases?

I am picking up a cintiq 21.   Shipping time wise, NCIX is quicker, but have a few friends who had issues when it came to returning things that were shipped defective. I find lots of positive NCIX reviews online though..

Annex Pro, I have not been able to find any reviews anywhere... They seem to deal mostly with schools and industry professionals... (Including the 20 or so cintiq 21's my school purchased). So I would assume they are reliable.. But the shipping time is 2-3x longer than what NCIX quoted me.

Anyway, just wonderin if anyones dealt with both/either when it came to larger purchases and maybe long-term customer service in cases where anything was defective.

I deal with NCIX quite a bit for my work and they have been a pretty good OEM off the shelf computer hardware retailer.
Good prices, good delivery time and good RMA response.

If things are broken before getting to you, it's a fact of life and hardware reselling. Can't blame NCIX for that.
Never had an issue with any of my returns... maybe cause we order close to $100K / year of stuff through them.

I like NCIX.  Ordering on-line and picking-up in store is relatively quick.  Returns are good as well but be prepared to wait if there are a lot of customers.

NCIX. Know what you want, hand them the SKU, pay and leave.

Don't expect much more unless you go there a lot or if you are going to be spending a pretty penny on a new system.

I buy a lot of stuff for work from there and it's been good.

At least NCIX doesn't try to sell you on a useless extended warranty.

Ya, they're good at just bringing it back for an exchange. Knock on wood, it only happened once that  harddisk died within 30 days.
