lol so 8 - 9 people as of now. I'll probably be bringing a friend to the meet that day so i may be a +1 as well, which puts us at 9 - 10 people

Booking would be more expensive. Whether or not we can reso a few spots though, I am not sure.

I gave them a phone call, they said if I phone on Friday I can reserve spaces for 6pm at $10/race still. (you can only reserve 2 days ahead of time apparently). Otherwise for a group booking she said it ends up being $500 for the group and you get 30mins of racing (which I think is more expensive than the $10/race). Also said it was 10-14 people on the track.

also, if we call and reserve ahead of time, then they expect the amount paid in full with a credit card; no refunds, but you can get a credit if there are any leftover races when everyone is done (i have 2 leftover from sunday ).

I think what she was talking about was that they'll expect that many people at that time to let people know. I didn't want to make an actual reservation but rather just let them know we will probably have around 10 or more people coming at 6pm. I'll phone Friday and see what they say.
