Definitely a great new design.  The profile looks a lot like the Aston Martins... good mix of Furai and angular lines.  This would make a great RX coupe!

I really like these continuous strips of light (similar to the CCFL angle eyes) than the dot-dot-dots produced by LEDs

If it gets DOT/SAE approval then it's legal.  There's been lighted grills before.

That Shinari is just wicked looking.  Does anyone know how the side mirrors function or are they just cameras?  They look pretty tiny.
