Went to the show yesterday after work. All-in-all probably the best auto-show they have put on in many years. They had the 430 Modena, Murcielago convertible, Gallardo, Carrera GT & Ford GT on display. Just a great supercar turnout. Downstairs Mazda had a large section with several Mazda 3's in different guises there. Each time I looked the 3's were all occupied. The car is really a hit in BC. I see at least 10 each way on my commute to work.
The E60 M5 was in attendance. Aside from the beautiful blue (Interlagos blue I believe), the car just doesn't do it for me. I found the E90 to be less controversial and more of a natural progression in design compared to the other recent BMW releases.
The Infiniti M series sedans were also in attendance. I found the exterior styling to be a lot more pleasing in person. However, the interior, and noteably the sheer mass of buttons on the dash, unnerving. As I touched on in my review of the E320, automakers are moving away from intuitive control in favour of techno doo-dads. Maybe I am old fashioned. The Lexus GS300 was not far away from the Infiniti M models and the exterior styling felt more subdued then the M, however the GS300's interior feels a notch above that of the M35/M45.
My favourite car of the show (aside from the supercars) was the Mercedes CLS500. The design is revolutionary without being brash (see BMW). The car felt low and cocooning on the inside but wow it just looks amazing on the outside.
One difference I noted from past auto shows, most of the cars were open. Only the limited edition vehicles were locked (such as the A8 W12). I recall in past years being locked out of the whole Merceds & BMW line. Sorry, I didn't pay $12 to do what I could in the Automall lots.
Anyways, I recommend checking out the show just for the Lambos, Ferraris and Carrera GT. Stunning cars.

I find it funny how some cars are looked.. S2000 is looked <-- wtf? and a lot of cars that you can't even touch have tons of swirls on the car... NSX is pretty bad.. I see that guy dusting it .. I want to ask them.. do swirls comes with $145,000 car?

You should have brought your toolkit rofl
I must admit though, the NSX looks jaw-dropping in that color. I still like it's design 14 years later. Too bad the drivetrain wasn't updated with the latest refresh.
