Just doing a feeler for now so we iron out the details.

Sunday July 3rd starting 10AM, my place in Port Coquitlam.

Cost, let's do a vote to see which option works best.

Option 1, $15 flat a person, I'll be responsible for deposit. If I get all the deposit money back or enough of a portion where it can be split equally, I can either Paypal it to you or donate it to BC Children's Hospital on BCMazda3's behalf.

Option 2, split the $25 rental cost and $200 refundable deposit. I front the deposit then collect on rolling day, then we cruise to Surrey Burnaby and get our money back. If you can't make the cruise, I'll Paypal (no service charge) or Interac E-mail (less $1.50 service charge) the money back to you.

This is the roster from the other thread... I think only five or six of us are actually fender rolling. I am soft capping fender rolls to six cars... strata council may get a bit fishy. I expect the first car will take an hour to do, but once we get the hang of it should take no more than half an hour to do each car after. If any of you want your fronts rolled, state it now, but for most of us only the rear has to be rolled.

I think doing 5-6 cars in one day may not be feasible. Please factor in time to jack each car up, undo bolts, change sides and move cars in/out. As well, heating the fender sufficiently will take some time and is something that should not be rushed. My $0.02.

Ah you think so? Well jack up and remove wheel takes 5 minutes... how long would you heat the fender up?

i can go, but i agree with kev. doing so many cars at a time might not work.. it would have to be spread throughout the day.. maybe an hour each car?

I can cover people out east then and someone else can rent it for people out west. I don't really want to spend more than 4 hours doing this to be honest!

The guy only has one I think. I guess everyone except the original person who requested this dougalz is out and Monster J will simply come watch, so with five cars I think we should be fine. My garage will fit two cars at a time although it will be a bit of a squeeze for one with a bit less than 24" of working space on either side... I did install my lowering springs in the narrow part of the garage though with no issues. Five cars is doable and we'll cap it at that, allow an hour per car, assuming everyone is doing the rear only since I haven't heard otherwise.

One vote for payment Option 2, any more votes?

I will PM my address to all attending later.

Before we make this official, let me make a call to make sure the fender roller will actually be available that day.

Crap it's like the front part of my rear wheel well lip was ripped out somehow, on both sides, I can't figure out how it happened but I think when the tire catches the lip on the top part, it rolls down and does damage there. I may have to use something to roll it in enough until Sunday. Crap. Sad

Try heating the lip up and use a wood bat
And slowly roll it in
