For July 2011 BCMazda3.com will test it's luck with the Squamish weather and hold a barbecue at Porteau Cove Provincial Park!  Porteau Cove is located along the sea to sky highway 38km north of Vancouver and 20km south of Squamish. It is well known as a great spot for divers and great view of the Howe Sound. Google MapWHEN SATURDAY, JULY 23RD PRE-MEET: 11:00AM: Pre-meet in North Van Superstore Parking Lot just after the 2nd Narrows bridge: Map333 Seymour Boulevard North Vancouver, BC V7J 2J4, Canada (604) 904-5535 11:30AM: Roll-out. Sharp time!FOODThe club will bring the basics. Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, Buns, condiments and cutlery. We ask that attendees bring any extras to share (Chips, Beverages, Fruit, Veggies for burgers/dogs). PLEASE INDICATE WHAT YOU PLAN ON BRINGING ON THE SIGN-UP SHEET. Keep in mind, you can pick something up from the Superstore during the pre-meet if necessary. Pretty sure I can make this but will wait until closer to the date to confirm. I don't want to back out last minute like I seem to be famous for lately.
It will all depend on if I can find some replacement tires before then as mine are almost completely toast. Going to try and change out my aftermarket rims for my stock 15" if all else fails.
Should know by mid week next week.

Tony, I have some mini propane bottles I will bring too.
I would recommend people bring some folding chairs to lounge around on.
Does someone have a folding table they can bring? Just in case the picnic benches are taken up.
