Anyone ever sent someone to a dealer and they subsequently bought a car from that dealer. do you know whether they have a reward programm? I was told by my dealer if I sent someone to them and they bought a car, there would be "Something in it" for me. The salesman has my name but as yet [going on 2 weeks] I have heard nothing from them.

My g/f's sister referred us to Signature so we dropped her name many times when we I bought my Mazda 3 and my parents bought their CX-7 and they still didn't do anything for her and she was told the same.

I thought as it was Langley Wolfe Mazda they might be different, especially since he mentioned it to me. I might give them a call but I dont think it should be up to me.

so perhaps there is a chance of a freebie, oil change maybe. Its not really important, just as long as the buyer is happy, thats the main thing.

At the time of the sale, a buyer usually fills out a brief form detailing who the referer is.
Some dealers offer a referral, some don't. However, it should be mentioned by the buyer at the time of the deal.
We do referrals in all of our stores. They vary by location and brand but they do exist.

Got a reply to my email today. Patric, sales manager is setting up a service/parts credit. It was my choice, credit or $$$. Not sure how much, I will check tomorrow.
