So I just spent most of my Saturday playing Gears of War 3 with few buddies of mine and loved it! But I just refuse to pay for another 60+$ game when there are so many more I need to get through this fall... So here are some that have me simultaneously stoked about also worried (about my wallet) this fall. Ace Combat Assault Horizon. - Loved the previous games and whenever I pick them up I have a hard time putting them down until I've beaten the game several times over with various different planes etc... So good! I love the music and the fast pace of the fights, looking forward to some of the major changes they made to this title this year  And I have to admit, there were moments in the previous Ace Combat games where I may have had to do a slow clap in moments and some bro motion showed near end of the games... Good times, good times... Forza. - I don't think I need to write much about this, I know we have a Huge following of folks who love playing Forza. I logged many many hours on the newest Gran Turismo and even bought the collectors edition (full with a model GTR but I can't deny it any longer. Last Forza was a damn good game and compared to GT it was almost as good, only thing it lacked was the graphics. This new forza though I think will make it official for me. GT < Forza. I had a hard time letting go of Gran Turismo since it was my childhood car game to go. But Forza is just making awesome improvements that scratch that balance between insane amounts of cars + Realish feel and a ease of doing what these games are made for. Crazy races through awesome tracks and great scenery! And hopefully they include my version of the 3 so that I can pimp it out Until Diablo 3 comes out these as well as NHL 12 will have to keep me company Anyone else excited for the new releases coming up? |

O Shittttt gears of war 3 forza4 andddd battle field 3. was into mw3 but they seem to all be the same so I'm going to try bf3 which looks crazyyyy i haven't gotten gears3 caouse I'm In school right now might wait a bit lol

MW3 is what I will be getting next. After that I think Star Wars for Kinect but don't know if that's out at the end of this year or early next year.
I picked up GOW3 and it's pretty good, finished the campaign on Saturday. Seems hard to find online matches though.
i grabbed NHL 2011 today for ps3.

I think Star Wars for Kinect
The reviews are hating this game. It looks great, but the gameplay sucks. I have a preview on a disk from the UK, it is not looking good. I am looking forward to MW3, Ace Combat AH, Forza4 (I am still enjoying the online game of Homefront, harder than MW, but just as challenging.) |

I haven't played first person shooters much in competitive multiplayer in many many years. I often go through the campaigns over months with friends during some weekend sessions or just rent them, finish the campaign and move on. For me the replay value on sports/car games are much more enticing With that said, I do agree MW is pretty damn good. I just never got into multiplayer on that game. ZOMG I gotta reserve my Forza/Ace Combat soon!!! |

MW3!
I don't have much time to play games these days so if I find a game that I want to buy, I usually wait a month or 2 and look for them on craigslist. I usually buy them for $30-$40, sometimes brand new unopened if I am lucky. Then I sell it back out after a month or 2 once I am done and I only lose $5-$10. I only do that for games that I can wait though.

I'm looking forward to Ace Combat and MW3. Even have the throttle and joystick for Ace Combat so I'm ready to forget the rest of the world exists when it comes out lol.

I picked up GOW3 as well.
Im stoked on Diablo 3, Battlefield 3, Maybe modern warfare (probably not just repacked MW2). Starfox 3DS, Mario Kart 3DS, Mario 3DS.
Going to be a hard fall/winter.
