so about 2 hrs ago i got mugged by 2 guys on my way home from skool i was heading towards my car.... and all they took was my iPhone 4.. i called my cellphone from a neighbours phone and it was off.. so i called rogers n basically cut off all services from my iPhone 4. I was just wondering is there anything else i should aware of ? i changed all my passwords and stuff (Facebook, hotmail acct etc) but i just want to make sure if everything i did was good enough..... let me know some inputs from ur guys experiences if u have lost a iPhone before. thx

I'm glad your ok though. Sucks that you had so much stuff on the phone. At this point, all I can suggest is that you need to make sure that all passwords have been changed.

Mugged? Where were you? As Tony said glad you are ok. Phone can be replaced. Rogers (and many other carriers) are not giving a damn about stolen phones...which they should.

I am sure it is traumatizing being mugged. I'd suggest you call VPD about the incident. As much as nothing much the cop can do for you. All reported crimes will become a statistic so can help further crime prevention.

I lost my cell in HK and also didn't have findmyiphone on. Bah. It's okay, it's a good excuse to start fresh with new contacts haha.

Again, I always hope these bastards some day have stuff of their own and they get ripped off. Thank God you didn't get hurt, your health is more important than anything. The little pricks probably get $50 from a pawn shop.

The IMEI number should be on your purchase receipt. Report that to Apple. |
