Good if you don't have a wife who can't drive a manual and doesn't want to learn!   Grin

I've too much to lose if I did and I have a modified truck with a Hurst 4 speed shifter to keep me happy.
She tried but just couldn't get the hang of it and almost hit a guard rail looking down at the shifter.   Shocked

Little bit of a delay on the Mazda 3, that 3 at the Brian Jessel Autohaus didnt work out. Kinda disappointed, i was looking forward to getting into it.

Going to continue shopping, and maybe keep my current vehicle over the winter as it is probably the best thing in the snow, and the Mazda wont be as much.

In the new year, maybe a 3Speed. Grin

The salesman there was a great help, super friendly and he's got all my info if something else comes in, in the future. Hopefully I get to deal with him again.

The dealer has a 'no price adjustment' policy on their used vehicles, so there was no movement on the price of the vehicle, in fact once discussing the price, it went up a small amount. Which is fine, but after asking me 'what i want' for my trade in and taking my keys, the used car manager made an appraisal on a 30,000 dollar vehicle from his desk, sight unseen on the phone at a price that made it not worth my time. When I counter offered, no adjustments were made. Unfortunately the salesman was stuck with delivering the bad news to me. (Not his fault).

The car was super nice on the inside and drove like any good Mazda 3 should. The Leather was in great shape and i would have been very happy in that car. The brake rotors were a lil warped and the tires were about 50% but that is easy enough, i was still impressed with the vehicle for its 121,000km life.

Gotta keep looking!

That's too bad.  But there's lots of supply out there, so finding one that fits you shouldn't be a problem.  Good luck !
