Hey guys, I have been trolling around for the past few days. Lots of good reading and awesome information. I purchased a Mazda 3 sport, with the 2.5l, a few weeks ago for my wife. This is my second Mazda vehicle, first being a 1991 mazda b2200. I love the feel of the 3. A few small quips with the car, but then again modding is most of the fun.
Wheels: 17x8 enkei rpf1 matte black (haven't decided on the colour of lugs or tires)
Exhaust: want something fairly low tone. Im thinking RB.
intake: not sure if its worth it
springs: I'd like something that could fit 225x45x17 with a et45. I will be shaving the fenders next week. Any suggestions?
Interior:
- I want some more lighting inside, It's brutal how dark the car is.
-Im also planning on changing the fabric on the doors.
- I wouldnt mind changing the look of the shifter on the Automatic. (My first automatic vehicle). Not sure what I could do to hide the ugly black plate.

Welcome! Most, if not all, springs can run your 17x8s  All you need to do is roll your fenders depending on which springs. |

Hey guys, thanks for the welcome. I have a White 2011 mazda3. Pictures will be coming soon. I usually don't take pictures till im somewhere decent with my mods. Ill be test fitting the wheels this weekend, so I'll attempt to take some pics.
I was going to go down to a mazda dealership and eyeball the manual shifter for the cars. That would be awesome if I could swap the bezel. Not trying to pretend it is a manual, I just prefer leather or suede shift boots the odd time I will drive the car.
What sort of Intake do you guys suggest? The Simota?

Yea hit up Thomas for some LEDs (autolismo). Theres probably a hundred plus pages of debate between Simota vs Corksport. Either way you can't go wrong!
