Where to buy a good wireless HD need it for my ipad something small n has a battery charge on it o i dont have to plug in the wall n with at least 1tb of space

What you're looking for is simply a wireless NAS. Now, a battery powered one? I've never seen that.

OK I've found this, however it's only 500GB

I think that's about as good as it gets for now.
And given the current worldwide harddrive shortage around the world.. might be a little while before we see some R&D in HD technologies.
