I thought of getting NHL 12, I actually did buy it when it went on sale on Boxing Day... but then I returned it. Maybe it's my age but I don't see the point in shelling out money every year for a game, even if it's the game I play the most, and as an Oilers fan just having Nuge on the roster and an actual spark spewing Oil Derrick was really tempting. This is the first time since 2003 that I haven't bought NHL. I didn't even get XBox Live Gold this year, but I'll be back for NHL 13.
