I'm curious if anyone else has gotten this email in their inbox. The Province doesn't really seem tech savvy enough to be sending things like this so I'm trying to determine if it's a phishing email.

The phone number they have is incorrect, but I've had so many phone numbers I don't even remember what half of them were.
