Hey all,

I signed up as a member back in 2005 when I bought a 05 Mazda 3 sport GT. I never made any posts, I was pretty much just lurking and reading info regarding my new Mazda. In 09 I sold my 3 and bought a 2009 Mazda 6 gt 4 cyl. At that time it was a necessary purchase as we were expanding our family to two beautiful little girls and needed more space for strollers, groceries, etc. We loved the car but missed the "FUN" part of driving.
Well on Jan 3 2012 we solved that problem by selling our 6 and buying a 2012 Mazda 3 Sport GT-E and we love it. Driving is fun again! Are girls are older, we don't need all the strollers and carrying items. There are a few luxuries I miss from the 6 like the button less door locks, auto up/down passenger window and moonroof and a few nicer finishes, but this few features/options are not more important than FUN for us, so thats why we are back in the 3 game!

Cheers and I'm glad to be back.

Welcome, the appreciation of our hatch has certainly grown.
Smiled about all the extra gear that you need to haul for babies.  So true.
Now we're hauling a walker for my mother.
Other members made suggestions as to hauling a wheelchair when that was necessary, and it fit too.
