So I had food poisoning of some sort. I believed I ate clam on Monday that caused it. Basically had diarrhea and vomit for the whole day, to the point where I was cramping so bad that I needed to go to the hospital. Waited 3 hours for my turn and gave me a shot and I had a good night sleep. Today felt a lot better.

Thanks guys. Today's the third day now and I feel a lot more energetic than yesterday. Yesterday I basically slept the whole day. I drank a lot of fluids for the past few days. I just hope that I'll be healed very soon... this sucks.
