OMFG... Just got an email from a friend that two of my friends were involved in a head on collision. One died, the other in critical condition. They were in a BMW 5 series, the other car was a Trailblazer. Damn... Crazy shit.

Stress related hamstring injury? First I've heard of that. Kev Maybe it's only aggravated by the stress/less sleep/me attempting to shift my sleeping hours. The only odd physical motion I recall doing recently was a small jump off a ledge somewhere on the weekend. I forgot where, but I did recall I had a bit of a landing shock. |
