Dan (dmogx) has been bugging me for the past half year to join but i felt weird cuz i don't even have a mazda 3...
but i finally joined cuz apparently there are a few non-mazda3's here so i'd sorta.. somewhat not really blend in

I guess it all started when phil got a 3.. then my boss got a 3.. then one of my coworkers got a 3 sedan, then one of my other coworkers totalled his del sol and bought a 3.. then another coworker bought a 3 to replace his teg.. then my teg got into a hit and run and I got a 3.  Actually at one point we had 3 red integras.. first gen (me), second gen (another coworker), and a third gen (one of my other bosses) |

Just after I got my car I saw a blue 3 hatch (thurs of july long) on Mary hill on my way to work ... looked like he was heading outta town. Had a sticker on the bottom of the rear glass.

There is a reference from Mazda.ca? I didnt know that.
Found this site from sticker. I remember the Mazda3 hatch was black on black rims with Tein and BCMazda3.com stickers parked at Aberdeen.
Such a vivid image and back then, I was thinking, wow, these cars are very popular now and they can be quite tastefully modded. Pretty good looking and practical.
At that time I was interested in the bugeye Subaru WRX wagon so this was quite an alternative - minus the turbo, boxer engine and awd. It was performance vs luxury.

Someone with a Winning Blue Sedan, Axela badge and license plate frame parked at a house on Dunkirk Ave. in Coquitlam is responsible for getting me on here. They had a forum sticker in the corner of the windshield, opposite the VIN. That was a long time ago, I haven't seen the car parked there for a while...
